MARS has trained and certified over 300 active operators. The MARS International Training Institute in Arlington, Texas is a Texas state certified career school. We train franchisees in marketing and business administration in addition to 25 technical systems that are proven to be profitable in the field. The systems we use are continually evaluated and new technology and products are researched and tested before implemented into the franchise set of systems. We begin one new class every week with an average of four trainees.

Additional technical and business training is provided by MARS International as needed by our franchisees. Our Mentor program has been a huge success over the years and provides unique access to successful operators who provide additional support and assistance in starting and growing the business. 75% of our Operators attended convention February 2005 to learn about all the exciting opportunities established by MARS for them.
MARS International actively promotes the business to the automotive industry through a variety of national trade shows, advertising campaigns, and association memberships. We are a Preferred Provider of the National Independent Auto Dealers Association (NIADA) and a member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). We have established national fulfillment relationships with providers of aftermarket accessories and treatments.
