Ziebart International is the world's leading name in automotive services that renew, protect and preserve cars and trucks. For over 40 years Ziebart International has developed its own renowned products and technology to protect vehicles against such damaging elements as dirt, pollution, heat, ultraviolet rays and rust. Today Ziebart is the world's largest installer of automotive accessories, including window tint, sunroofs, alarms, hitches, running boards, bed liners and other components to protect and enhance vehicles. Ziebart International was founded on the research of an innovative master mechanic from Germany, Kurt Ziebart, who was the first person to address corrosion problems of the automobile in a scientific manner. Kurt Ziebart developed a process to stop corrosion, and in 1959 he opened the first
Ziebart store in Detroit, introducing his rust-prevention method to the auto industry.
Exceptional demand led to expansion of the company into neighboring
Midwestern markets. In 1962, Ziebart opened its first international location in Windsor, Ontario, across the Canadian border from Detroit. By 1969 Ziebart had expanded into Japan; and during the 1970s it opened locations in the Philippines, Australia, Indonesia and the Middle East. In the past two years, Ziebart has taken its diversification efforts a step further by co-branding with Speedy Auto Glass and Rhino Linings USA. So far, Speedy Auto Glass is available in 86 Ziebart locations and we have over a 100 locations in the polyurethane spray on liner business with the majority of them authorized as Rhino Linings distributors.

- Store Location, Layout, Design
A location development specialist will help you find a prime location for your Ziebart International franchise store. He will review local demographic characteristics, especially those relating to car ownership, and will consult with local real-estate sources to select the best location for your new business. Your specialist also will help you negotiate your lease with the goal of obtaining the best site with the best possible lease terms. After the site has been approved, a Ziebart International development manager will create a basic drawing of the proposed business center, with a layout that maximizes production space while presenting a clean and inviting showroom environment.
- Technical Sales and Marketing Training
As your store is being developed, you will be scheduled for an in-depth training program to educate you in every facet of operating your Ziebart International business. Your classes will include technical skills, sales, advertising, business management and an in-store experience at one of Ziebart's company-owned locations.
- Business Development Plan

- Grand Opening Support
When you are ready to open your doors to the public, our district sales and advertising staff will help you plan the grand opening of your business center. Ziebart International franchise support provides grand-opening banners, sample advertisements and direct-mail pieces; and a Ziebart representative will attend your grand opening, as well.
- Ongoing Support
You can call on Ziebart International for experienced assistance at any time. With a Ziebart International franchise, you're in business for yourself but not by yourself. Ziebart's point-of-sale software program helps you run the day-to-day operations of your business while building a vital database of your customers and their purchase history. - Regional Marketing Meetings
